BILLING INFORMATION:
- Initial deposit is required at the time of booking
- Payments will be auto-calculated at the time of booking into an equal payments amounts, payment schedule can be adjusted.
- Your invoice will reflect your payment schedule based on your booking date.
TRAVEL INFORMATION:
- Refunds will not be provided for expired passports
- Guests are responsible for informing Waller Travel Group of any email address changes.
- Once full payment is received no later than the final due date, travel documentation, itineraries, and travel instruction will be distributed via email & again 7-14 days prior to departure.
- When booking, if you have chosen double occupancy you are responsible for having a roommate. If you do not have a roommate at 75% of payments you will be changed to a single occupancy rate and your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the additional cost

- Booking this package signifies your acknowledgement of our Terms and Conditions, COVID requirements , and COVID protocol for Traveling to Jamaica
- All of your payments to Waller Travel Group and their supplies are non-refundable and non-transferrable where applicable.
- Booking must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government issued-identification if you do not yet have a passport please put your name as it will appear on your passport application.
- Monthly Payments are required to keep your booking current.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable is also making timely monthly payments or you will be charged as a single supplement.
- Late Payments WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMTANCES AFTER THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE!
- You can access to Waller Travel Group to view your booking 24 hours a day
- Late payment penalties & reinstatement fee will apply for any payment received after the final due date.
